Our Online Rider Fit Classes have been developed to improve your riding performance and equilibrium in the saddle with specific focus to postural strength, stability and mobility.

Each class has a focus point revolving around a key component of Rider Fitness, running for 20-45mins.

What is included in the program?

  • 6 week “Start up” Rider Fit Course going through the basics of core strengthening, pelvic mobility, posture, balance and flexibility

  • Intermediate and Advance Rider Fit work-outs with specific focus sessions including; the core, Glutes and lower limb, Posture and upper limb, whole body ranging from 20mins- 45 mins

  • Mobility and flexibility sessions

  • Education components focusing on Athletic Development; including Rider Biomechanics, Rider Fitness, Strength and conditioning, Nutrition and Industry professionals

  • New Training sessions added regularly

  • Injury, condition and problem specific sessions

  • Open communication to help navigate your journey

  • Included in the private Facebook group

Qualified Exercise Physiologist, Exercise Scientist and Sports Scientist, working with specific exercise prescription and programming to improve your rider specific fitness

Fun and light hearted

We have fun and laugh our way through the sessions, it is important to enjoy the sessions (for the most part) and feel confident in your ability

Exercise in comfort

Completed in the comfort of your own home, no need to travel, just roll your mat out, grab your equipment and participate- I can't guarantee kids and animals wont interrupt! And best of all complete it at your own time at your own pace.

I can’t recommend The Eventing Physiologist’s Online Rider Fit classes more highly, this is the first time I’ve ever stuck to an exercise program for so long!! Tash always clearly explains how the exercises relate to the muscles you use when riding, and she is so knowledgeable, down to earth and helpful with any issues or areas you’d like to improve on. It’s also super handy to have them recorded, so you can do them in your own time if you miss a class.

I think the monthly online classes are the best value for money. I am able to play them back at a time that is convenient for me. I’ve been working with The Eventing Physiologist in weekly private online sessions for 4 months now & the difference in my fitness has been a dramatic improvement. I joined Natasha on the journey to prepare my body for training a young Warmblood for dressage.
